The acquisition strengthens СŷƵ’s presence in the transport and logistics sector and marks an exciting new phase for the Road business, which has a long-standing reputation for high-quality journalism, digital services and industry-leading events serving the UK road freight and commercial vehicle markets.

The Road portfolio comprises a number of highly respected brands across print, digital and live events; Commercial Motor, Motor Transport, Transport News and Road Transport Expo. Together, these brands serve a broad audience of haulage operators, commercial vehicle professionals, business leaders and industry decision-makers.

Under СŷƵ’s ownership, the portfolio will benefit from MAG’s proven track record of investing in specialist information, professional communities and live events across a wide range of B2B markets. The Group plans to build on the portfolio’s strong foundations by further developing its digital capabilities, strengthening its events offering and continuing to deliver trusted insight and value to the road transport industry.
